Job Duties: Provide programmatic and administrative support to the Bureau Director, Section Chiefs and Section staffs regarding assignments, paper flow, and office functions. WELL QUALIFIED CANDIDATES WILL HAVE EXPERIENCE IN RESPONDING TO OPEN RECORDS REQUESTS, COORDINATING ADMINISTRATIVE RULE MAKING ACTIVITIES AND FISCAL SUPPORT EXPERIENCE; SAFE DRINKING WATER ACT EXPERIENCE WOULD BE A BONUS.
Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Effective Communication. Customer Focus & Service Orientation Organization & Planning. Proficiency at using computer software such as Windows and Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Access and Excel. Proficiency at using the internet to find and distribute information to the public. Ability to Work in Teams/with Groups Effective Problem Solving

Salary: This position is in pay schedule/range 07-04. Salary for the positions ranges from $17.243 to $28.451 per hour depending upon experience and qualifications. Pay on appointment for current or former state employees may vary according to the applicable pay transaction provisions of the Compensation Plan and Wisconsin Administrative Code. This position includes an excellent benefits package, including health care and retirement. A six-month probationary period is required
